Renting a car at Dakar airport
Where do I collect the car at AIBD?
We confirm the exact meeting point on WhatsApp before you land. You can also collect at our Dakar office (VDN, Cité SIPRES 2) or have the car delivered to an address in Dakar.
What if my flight is late or lands at night?
Send us your flight number. We track the actual arrival time and adjust the pickup; please warn us as early as possible for late arrivals.
How much is the rental from the airport?
The price is the vehicle's daily rate: from 30,000 FCFA (sedan) to 65,000 FCFA (premium 4x4) per day; 15-seat minibus 130,000 FCFA per day with driver. A driver is 10,000 FCFA extra per day.
How far is the airport from Dakar and Saly?
Blaise Diagne International Airport is in Diass, roughly 45 km from Dakar. Saly is about an hour by road from the airport, without heavy traffic.
Can I just book a transfer with a driver?
Yes. Tell us the destination (Dakar, Saly, Mbour…) and the number of passengers and we will quote a price.
